Wow, what a fun time!  Im loving putting pics together of our trip!  Only a few (hundred) more to go!  :)

Everytime it snows, Eric goes out and shovels Jocelyn a bike track.  What a brother!

Day Three, Last Day at Disneyland.

 Funny, Im glad we live where school choirs still sing Christmas songs at school!

 We went to Tricities to have dinner with the Ross' last Sunday and Austin drove, Rin sat in front and Scott and I sat in the back.  The kids thought it was funny.  (Mom he put his seatbelt on when we got out of the driveway I promise) 

 The snow has been fun, I have only pics of Marinda, she was out in it a lot building this igloo with her cousins.

 Jocelyn got citizen of the month!  Yay Joc!  Rin got student of the month for the third time this year, how many months have they been in school?  Way to go Rin!

Jocelyn was trying to do our family home evening lesson while kids were coming in and out, bringing me papers to sign, clothes to wash, Scott was busy helping one of them and NO ONE was listening to Joc so she said in her very loud voice, WOW ...... NO ONE CARES ABOUT FAMILY HOME EVENING?

Scott and big kids were getting ready to go into town for the snowmobile movie Scott and his brothers put on every year.  Joc and Avery were sad and wanted to go, I told them its a bunch of old men that snowmobile and are no fun at all!  I told them it was too late on a school night and they were not missing anything on nerd night.   Avery said with big tears in her eyes, "I wanna go to nerd night".  The kids couldn't stop laughing.

I got into Scott's car and there was a bag of chocolate chip oatmeal cookies.  There was only one whole cookie left and a bunch of chunks of cookie with the chips he had picked out...... my favorite part!  YUM.  It's fun to eat cookies with him!

I helped Shirley in her class a couple days and the kids had fun coming in after school and writing ALL over her white board. Then she paid me TOO much and I got to do more Christmas shopping!  Fun Fun!

Disneyland Day TWO!

 Day 2 we went to California Adventures, the kids LOVED the Aladdin musical, World of Color, and really enjoyed the Bug's life area.  Austin was thrilled with their huge animators building and book store!  He spent a lot of time there, he talked to a Disney animator for a while and we had to pull him away when it was time to go. 

Jocelyn's baptism!

 

 Jocelyn's big day was Saturday.  I didn't plan a big get together or any parties.  I made rolls, soup and pumpkin cake on Friday when the kids were at school so that Saturday I would have nothing to do.  Jocelyn took a long bath, we curled her hair, painted her nails (white) and sewed her hair bow, and read a story about baptism.  We were only asked to give the closing prayer and find a pianist for the stake baptism so there was no 'get ready' stress.  (for me anyways, Dena my sister-in-law had to practice paino!)  Finally on the 4th child I did it right, what a wonderful special day it was for Jocelyn....... and me!  It was all about her and her special day, no running, cleaning, baking, and stressing!
She was so nervous and excited it was the sweetest thing ever!  Im so proud of her, she is has such a big heart!!!!

Dream Vacation!

For Thanksgiving vacation we took the kids to CA.  It was the best week ever!  We didn't tell them until we were 12 hours down the road, we told them we were going to Utah.  We went to Universal Studio's first, then Disneyland/California Adventures for 3 days, and then SeaWorld, and then a day at the beach!  I have started scrap/blog my pages.  They are not fancy, just quick slap it together pages but I really like them.  I have been having so much fun doing my blog pages, I have done over 30 already, in about 2 weeks.  They are a lot of journaling with a little picture here and there and then pages packed with pics when its a trip like this.  I won't put all the pics from my trip on here .... because I have WAY too many, but here are some! 

Now I have to get busy on my Disneyland pics......
Sorry Bob and Ann, I have only done ONE page for the cabin book.  I started but then got busy with my blog.  I will try to get back to work on it.....
